Urban Design

The proposals are premised on the completion and reinforcement of the campus Quadrangle, the central focus of the St John's Central College campus the retention and reinforcement of the pedestrian movement route connecting Infirmary Road to Sawmill Street via the Quadrangle, together with providing suitable scales of development relative to the Quadrangle and the neighbouring properties. The proposals form part of an ongoing urban design strategy for the redevelopment of virtually an entire city block.
